Hello,
Unforutnately, we do not carry an exact match for the pivot shoe shown in your photos. The 15-129 comes to mind but the style and dimensions are a bit different. Review the specifications below to see if this might work for your application.

If you need new spiral balances as well, we should be able to help but we would need to see photos of yours uninstalled. Make sure to include the spiral tip and write out the diameter of the housing tube, which should be wither 3/8" or 5/8". Thank you.

The depth of the one I took off is 1/2in. The 9/16th may work. Do you have one that has the 1/2in depth? And I also need (4) 28in tension rods with orange tips. 5/8th

The only 1/2" deep pivot shoe we carry with a cam like yours would be the 15-135 but the style is a bit different.

You'll also need the S600-28 spiral balances with red tip options. Look over these parts and see what you think.
