Replacment casement crank assembly vinyl window RIGHT and LEFT

I need full replacement parts for crank assembly for right and left window. There are no markings, numbers or brand or model anywheres on the window frame or glass. The arm is 9" end to end. The crank is 5" from mid screw to mid screw. see photos.
