Can anyone help me identify this casment door hinge and locking mechanism. Need to replace because they are broken.

This operator appears to be a match for our 39-318. I think this is the part you want, but make sure to review our dimensions first to ensure that everything lines up. We also sell the 39-317 for the opposite side. Your sash bracket appears to be in good condition so it can be reused.
