I need a left and right coil balance and pivot shoe combo for a Simonton window. The pictures of the old assembly are from the left side of that window.

Thanks for your post! You'll need the 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe and Series 159 Coil Balance To replace your Simonton assemblies. Since this uses a single coil, you'll need the 15-255 single support.

The existing pivot bar will not be compatible with this shoe so you'll also need the 26-083.

To determine the correct coil spring, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the coil. If there are none, please see the tutorial (tagged below this thread) for instructions on selecting the correct coil weight option. We show a different assembly in the video but the process is the same.
