Replacment quick tilt coil spring window balancer

Question

I am looking for a repalcment quick tilt coil spring window balancer and I'm not sure which one I need as there are no numbers stamped on the coil other than a "c". The coil is 1/2 inch thick and the window weighs about 11 pounds. Only one side is broken but id rather replace both at the same time. Can you help

This exact configuration isn't made anymore, but we sell more modern parts that work in the same applications. See our 15-177 shoe, Series 152 coil spring, and finally the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 cap, and 15-145 barrel. Those last three items snap over the spring to form a cartridge for a more secure fit in the frame.

For a sash of 11 pounds, and assuming only one spring per side, I suggest the 6 pound option.
