Republic Window BSI Balance

A handy person from Hanover Park, IL says:
My bathroom window is no longer staying opened. I could get it to stay opened if I tilted it out then shut it back in place and tried sliding the lower sash up again. But now it doesn't stay open after doing this. The balance is staped 12C BSI. How do I find out what are the top clip and shoe suffix for it? See attached pictures.

Hello,

We just sent over a separate email with an order link for these custom balances with a rivet in the top to hold an s-clip like our 19-029. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions.

If you need the pivot shoe as well, take a look at our 15-129 and see how the width and thickness compare to yours. Thanks for posting!
