Request Assist to identify Mortise Lock Part

Hello Support

Our mortise multi-point lock broke and fell inside the patio door mold during troubleshooting. I attached the cover plate for possible part replacement. Thanks

Forgot to mention door handle has imperial USA keynetic engraved underneath. Thanks

I believe you might need our 82-265, but I would look over all the dimensions we list and do your best to see if this matches up. This mortise lock has two hooks that point inward, and interface with a keeper like our 82-249.

Hello I'm looking for the trim handles for this sliding door lock. Below are some pics of what they have I didn't see a brand on the door.

Take a look and compare the dimensions of our 82-086 handle set and 82-265 mortise lock to your original hardware. Please let us know if you have any other questions and thanks for posting!
