Request for Lepage Window Hardware

Hello,
I am trying to locate the following hardware for a number of Lepage windows that we are repairing:
Image 1 – double hung channel balance, Unique 21-C-30 (01/06).
Image 2 – we need this crank and the mechanism that goes with it.
Image 3 – we also need this crank.
Please let us know if you need any other information from us in order to obtain these parts as soon as possible.
Your help with this is very much appreciated.

Thanks for posting. We will need more information on both the operator and balance before we can recommend anything. To start out with, can you show me a picture of the operator out of the window? Your picture only shows the base, but we will need to see the whole thing in order to identify it.
The same more or less goes with the balance. Specifically, we need to see the bottom of it, including the clip or shoe at the end of the cord. Thanks!

Perfect, thanks. I'm afraid that the manufacturer of your tilt balance, Unique, has gone out of business. We can custom make a tilt balance for you that matches these specifications, though. I'm thinking using our S770-22 with a spring strength option of 22B, but with a top replaced with a 19-030 long spring and the tilt shoe replaced with a 15-014 black attached to cord. Does that look good to you? If so, let me know how many you need.
