Request for Alenco Balances

Question

I have two counterweight spring assemblies, right and left, for a single window. The metal part is 28 " long and 5/8" by 1/2" tall and wide. I would like to buy a pair of replacements. The windows appear to be made by Alenco.

Hi there, thanks for the post. It appears you have a Series 395 balance. Just double check the length of the metal channel to be sure you need an S395-28. Good luck with the repair!
