Thanks for writing in! Your mortise lock looks more like it could our 82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Face Plate. The one you have pictured here seems to just be missing the face plate. To confirm that this is the right replacement, you'll need to find that piece of this hardware and compare the measurements.
