Request for Tilt Window Parts for Alside Window (2012) Model 301 ???

I have Alside Windows Tilt Windows installed in 2012.  I think the model number is 301.  I have enclosed pctures of Pivot Bar, Pivot Shoe, and Tllt Latch.  The Pivot Bar looks like your part 28-486 (lenght and hole pattern match).  I am not sure about the Shoe and Latch (need both directions).  There is a photo for the warranty S/N of the Window. Please advise me with your part numbers so I can order repair parts.
