Thank you for the images! For the balance, I recommend our Series 795 channel balance, which closely resembles your own. There are a few possibilities for the casement lock, but see our 38-095, 38-138, and 38-139 and see if any of these are a good match. Finally, the tilt latches look like our 26-408. Make sure to carefully compare the dimensions of everything I recommended to your own hardware to ensure that they match.
