Need Correct Parts

Question

I ordered wrong parts and need to return. Please help with which parts to order. I am sending photos. Please give direction on how to do this. Thank you.

Hello,

I can't be sure with the pivot shoe still installed but I would recommend removing your coil assembly to compare to the 15-177 below, which uses the Series 152 coil springs. Take a look and see how the specifications compare to yours. If you need any other window parts, we'll need to see photos of the original hardware removed from the window to compare to our inventory.
