Revere Pivot Shoe mechanism

Question

The window pivot mechanism is for a revere vinyl replacement window manufactured 09/07/12. The pictures of the part, the length is 1 7/16th inches without the spring, 3 5/8th inches including the spring. The width is 1 3/16th inches and 1 1/2 inches thick. The supplier of the windows provided a model number of 09L1. I picked up a serial number from the window of 252-452192. Also, would you stock the expander clamp for the rails?
