Ribbed S795 balance

Question

Good morning,

I ordered 8 channel balances and was completely wrong. My old balance is a ribbed shape. The one I selected is square The foot piece is also much smaller than what I selected.

Thanks for writing in. Sorry to hear that the Series 795 didn't work for you. You can see our Return Policy here. Aside from the different T-Lock Shoe, you are right: you need a ribbed balance instead. I believe we can provide this for you, but it will have to be specially made.
