Ribbed channel balance

A home owner from USA says:

I have 12 ribbed channel balance that I can't find on your website. It's 34 B stamped and has a hook on the top and at bottom. If you are able to custom fabricated, I would appreciate it. Let me know if you need anything more to help.

Tilt in, 1/2" width and 34" long / I think closed cam. The one I have is broken in length.

Thanks for reaching out to us, Terry! We can certainly help. This will just need to be a custom order since this configuration isn't a stock balance of ours. What we'll do is use a 34" ribbed skinny channel with a 34B stamp along with the 15-198 hook and 15-230 shoe attached to match what you show here. I'll email you a purchase link and price quote for 12 that you can use to place an order on our website.
