Right Hand Single Arm Casement Operator - Truth

Hi - we are looking to replace a single arm operator (appears to be 9.5" long) that is installed on a roughly 20" x 24" casement. We have not been able to identify a part number on the operator, but are looking to replace the operator at a minimum, and potentially the track that sits on the casement and the track mounted on the frame of the window (thinking we will need a new operator arm, but also a handle and compatible tracks on casement + on frame). Any assistance that can be provided to identify the appropriate operate operator and compatible tracks / handle would be appreciated.

Hey there,

This Truth hardware operator reminds me of the 39-028E Ellipse Style Single Arm Operator. The opposite version is the 39-027E. To confirm that this is the correct fit for the repairs, carefully look over the dimensions below and compare them.

The compatible handle is the 39-114L Crank Handle. Another option is the 39-205 Truth Hardware Folding Handle.

I'm not certain if the post on the operator once has a wheel or not. If not, you may also need either the 39-507 13-3/4" 4 Hole or 39-533 11-3/8" 3 Hole casement tracks for the repair.

Dimensions for 39-028e

The track installed directly on the window sill, below the operator, is part of the casement window hinge. If you are considering replacing it, we suggest using the 36-048 2 Bar Hinge Set. These can be used for both right and left handed applications.
