Right crank operator not working anymore

Question

Hello I have a double crank window and the right pane is no longer working correctly. I am able to open the window but the crank mechanism is no longer working to close the window. Could you help me identify the part(s) I need?

To confirm that this is the right fit for your window, carefully review and compare the dimensions below. You'll especially want to confirm the link arm measurement.

These operators are compatible with the 39-107 Truth Hardware Operator Cover along with the 39-114L non-folding handle or the 39-205 folding handle; another replacement option is the 39-107FK , which is a folding crank and cover kit.
