I took the pictures from the side that was working (left side from the outside). The worm gear is stripped on the one I need and I didn't want to open again just to get pictures.

This operator looks like a good match for our 39-388 and 39-387 . I think yours is just an older style; most Truth operators these days have the "elliptical" base rather than your squared-off shape. Either way, look it over and see what you think!
