Right handle

Hello, Brian. I believe you can use our 82-030 to replace this old handle set. The design is a little different but as long as the installation hole center spacing matches (3-15/16") then you should be good to go. Also note that its designed to work with a mortise lock like our 82-218, 82-226, 82-265, etc. If yours looks at all different then let me know and we can look into it.

The 82-030 can work for either the left or right hand side, interchangeably.
