Thanks for reaching out to us. I notice the window that houses your hardware was made by American Window in Oklahoma. The tilt balance system has been discontinued and replaced with the Series 140 Quick tilt balance system. We will need for you to provide us with the number stamped on on your current coil springs. If you do not see a number, weigh your window sash and get back to us with the weight of the sash. As for your pivot bar, see if our 26-405 will work for you.
