I am looking for the part that holds the vertical rod. They are plastic and not very strong on a Cavco Window unit.

Hello,

It sounds like you're looking for replacement pivot shoes, which we should be able to supply, but we'll need to see a photo of an undamaged shoe removed from the window. We'll also need you to write out the exact width and thickness of the shoe to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

The measurements are 2-1/8 long, 1-1/4 wide, 1/2 thick.

You can start by comparing our 15-046 to an uninstalled pivot shoe.
