Rod and tackle balance are broken. Need to find sufficient replacement for a customer.

Hi, I am a local window installer . I have purchased window parts from you in the past. I will send you a picture of the rod and tackle bounces that I have. I know they are discontinued. I was hoping you could match them up with something that will work in these windows. Let me know if you need any more info I will be sending you a picture. Thank you very much.

We appreciate you reaching out to us. As you mentioned, this balance is no longer made but we do sell a modern replacement. If the springs have a diameter of 1/2", you can follow the video below to convert your windows to use the S795 channel balances. Take a look and see what you think!
