K&K Roller Rpelacement

A quick learner from Mt. Prospect Iliinois says:

Hello

My folks bought this condo with 2 K&K casement windows. The crank is tough to wind and unwind. The plastic roller is broken and the rod or arm or whatever the part is called that pulls the window in and out keeps popping out of the window groove at the bottom. Replacing the window is cost prohibitive right now. Can this whole crank mechanism be replaced? How much does it cost? I couldn't find any model number or serial number on it. I have brothers who can do it for them. Thank you

Helen

Based on these images, I think you have something like our 39-031 & 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operators. Do they look about right? Make sure to compare all the dimensions to your own hardware, especially the length of the short arm. Keep in mind if the short arm measurement is a bit sorter, you may want to look at our 39-155 & 39-156 Caradco Window Cranks instead. Let me know what you think!
