Roller Assembly 81-261 is slightly too tall

Question

I purchased four of the 81-261 roller assembly. It does not quite fit since it is 1 5/8 high and it turns out I need 1 9/16. I looked at 81-245 and it has the right dimensions, but is plastic rather than steel. Also these other 2 have the adjustment screw on top rather than the middle of the assembly - does that matter when installed? Would you have an assembly the same as 81-261 but 1 9/16 tall? If not, which alternative do you think would work? I will need 14 of them.
