Can you help with this

This is a very odd roller. I don't recognize it. Would you happen to know who manufactured the door?

Customer thought that it might be a Great Lakes Window company product

I'm afraid I haven't been able to find a great match for this. You may be able to use our 84-008 with a 33-071 set screw and 84-502 adjustment screw. See the video below to get an idea on how this kind of thing is installed. It also reminds me of the 84-010 or 84-075. I'm sorry we can't offer a more definitive solution.
