Can we see a picture of the roller that you're referring to? We have a good selection of replacement parts for casement windows, but we'll need to see it to narrow down the correct replacement. Thank you!

It looks like you might have our 39-027E operator. Since the wheel at the end of the arm is not sold separately, you would need to replace the entire operator to correct the problem. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!
