Rollers 81-020

A quick learner from USA says:
I received the rollers I ordered. Unfortunately they are slightly bigger than the current rollers. I'm attaching a picture, looks like an 1/8" too big.

The wheel itself is 1 1/2" I saw the model 81-261 was wondering if that might work?

Hello,

Your original assembly actually looks closer to the 81-132. I would recommend double-checking your dimensions to confirm if this could work for your repair. Thanks for posting.

A quick learner from USA says:
Hi, the 1 1/2" height is about a 1/16 too much won't fit in the track.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

The 81-132 housing can be adjusted to sit higher or lower in the door frame, so you should be able to compensate for the 1/16" height difference.

A quick learner from USA says:
There is actually a track it fits in, I've tried 1 1/2" and it won't fit.
Thank you, Chris

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

The 81-020 that you already purchased has a height of 1-1/2" and the 81-261 is even taller at 1-5/8". Since both of those options appear to be the incorrect height for your door, take a look at the 81-058 roller, which is 1/16" shorter at 1-7/16". Also, you could consider using the 81-272 roller axle kit if your original housing is still in working order.
