Thanks for writing in! Your coil balance housing looks similar to our 15-087 coil housing pivot. Carefully review and compare the dimensions to those shown below to determine if this is the correct replacement. This can be used for both the right and left side of the window. I am confident these are the replacement you'll need.

The compatible coil spring for this housing is the Series 180 Coil, which is sold separately. Since your housing is stamped with an 8, you'll need the S180-8. The metal mounting bracket that secures the coil in the window channel is part 16-024.
