Hello,
I can't be sure since the link arm is not fully visible in your photos but what I can see resembles the 39-330 Roto operator. Take a look and compare the specifications below to yours. We also offer the 39-329 opposite-handed version if needed. Both use the 39-232 handle. Thanks for posting!
We'd be happy to research the replacement options for your weatherstripping as well but we would need to see an end profile photo of an intact piece of your seal to compare to our inventory. In the meantime, you're welcome to look through our selection here.
Thanks for getting back to us but we'll need to see the end profile of your seal fully removed from the window to determine how it installs. That will help us determine if any of our seals might work as a replacement.
Hey there, Casey isn't here today but I'll do my best to assist.
I do recognize the seal you show in this last photo. This is an older style that's unfortunately discontinued and no longer available for us to supply. The 58-170B that Casey mentioned is probably going to be our closest match, but I've honestly had mixed reports on whether this is a suitable replacement. Some people tell me it works fine, others say the kerf is too small to fit in the sash.
I'm afraid I can't tell you for sure whether it will work in your window. The only thing I can say with confidence is that it is our best possible option.
