Hello! This looks like it could be a match for either our 39-253LB or 39-438B, depending on the design of the guide at the end of the arm. The video below will go into more detail as to what I mean.

Regardless of which one you go with, you'll also need a new 39-451 cover (assuming that the original cannot be reused).
