Rotted coil balances

Question

I'm not able to show you pictures of these pieces when removed. Several windows in my house can no longer raise and lower--Im able to lift them and rest them on books so that they stay raised. I can see the coil itself in the channel of these windows.  I need both the top and bottom parts for both sides of nine windows.  Are you able to see what I need?

Thanks for posting. This looks like an older version of the 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs. Let me know if you have further questions.
