Question

I have the same 39-014 ROW operator and I need a replacement part. Not sure what it's called. This bar extends up the side of the window case and lathes the window closed. It has has a broken plastic connector at the bottom. Where can I get on of these bars?

We haven't been able to locate an exact match for your Row operator, but I agree the 39-014 would be our best option, depending on how the specifications compare and if you're able to use the mounting plate to attach it to the window sill. We can't make any guarantees that it will work, but our return policy can be found here if you decide to give it a try.
