Replacement rubber cover needed for SIMONTON WINDOW. Is this part still available?

Hello, thank you for posting,

We should be able to assist! To further review, are you able to show us pictures of the pivot shoe that the coil springs attach to? Please also confirm if the coil springs are a 1/2" or 3/8" thick. From there we can confirm the correct product code for the cover needed. Thank you!

Hi,
Please see attached pics. It looks to be a 3/8" coil. We had a huge bag of parts sent from the window rep, but all spring covers are too wide to fit the interior track. I hope this makes since to you...lol.

If the coils are 3/8" thick, take a look at the 15-205 triple or 15-206 quad support. I cannot confirm from the picture how many coils you have under the cover.

Review dimensions to confirm a good fit!

I believe ours will be the same width as the newer one shown in your pictures. If there is not already a slot in the window channel to remove the original cover, you may need to make a cutout. Take a look at the videos related on the page and let me know if you have any additional questions!
