S210-007 -> for the 7 lb coil spring

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this but I'm a bit confused with the parts you mentioned. The 15-087 and 15-204 aren't matches for what you have here, and the 75-006 is only used for charging spiral balances, not coil balances.

Can you write out the thickness and width of the old pivot shoe? That should help us narrow down some options.
