S400-48 custom balances

This is a trial. About 200 sashes in historic building. We have ordered from you in the past for large commercial historic renovations. Sash wt approximately 30lbs..QHCI in Virginia
Need a pair of sash clips #32 as well...

Thanks for contacting us. I think we can help, but we'll need a bit more information. First, can you give me the diameter of the outer tube of the original balances? The reason I ask is that you mentioned you need a #32 bracket, our 17-012. However this isn't used with the 3/8" diameter Series 400, but instead the 5/8" diameter Series 500. I just want to be sure.

Did your original balances also have color tips? This would indicate the strength calibration of the spring. It would be a big help. Thank you!
