S795-30 channel balance

Question

I believe that the S795-30 is the correct channel balance that I need. The only difference that I see it the top. I have a hook on mine. The only marking that I see on the bar is a 30B. Is there a different channel that I need? I do not know the manufacture of the window.

Thanks for writing in! Your channel balance does look like it could be the S795-30. Although, you'll want to be sure to double check the dimensions for your bottom shoe. It might help to compare an undamaged shoe. Take a look at the diagram below for reference.

Dimensions for 15-195

Since your balance has a 15-198 hook, these will need to be a custom made assembly. With that said, I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase to get the order link made up for you. There is a an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.
