I have 17 windows and all are in need of repair. However, I only want to order one set to ensure they work and are compatible with the shoes that I ordered from your company. I also need balances that work with the shoes I ordered from your company.

Sounds good! I see that you ordered our 15-194, so the S795-30 should work perfectly well. I'll email you a purchase link and price quote right now for two balances. You can use this to place an order on our site.

My local window company sold me a box of replacement balances that match the ones from the manufacturer, but the shoe that I purchased from you isn't compatible. The windows were made by M&W. My issue is with the shoes... they all broke. My balances are not broken. Are there any other shoes available?

I have no idea, I'd need to have more information about your balances and the original shoes they used. If you can start by sending us photos of the original hardware, that would be a huge help. Please also explain exactly why the new shoes broke.

Okay, I understand the problem. Your old metal channel has a deep groove at the bottom, as does the shoe. They don't make these anymore, unfortunately, but our balance works the same exact way. It just lacks that groove, but since you're replacing anything anyway then it won't matter.
