Do you have a video on changing the balances. I need to change three window balances that are broken.

Thanks for posting. Watch this first video below past the three minute mark: it shows how to install a new Series 795 balance. To remove an old one, simply reverse the process. You'll also need to swap the 15-195B with the shoe that comes installed by default to these balances (the 15-195). This is pretty simple; the second video shows how.
