S850 model

A home owner from Maryland says:

I believe these are your S850 model replacements, the black shoe seems smaller than the 1 1/4 inch option on your website. The white connectors were busted up.

Hi there- thanks for posting!

This type of balance is under a limited supply and won't be around forever, however our Series 795 works great as a replacement. There are a few things to note when transitioning to the S795

1. First, you will need a new pivot bar for the Series 795; we recommend the 26-021.

2. You will also need to round down 1/2" to determine the length that you need to purchase. For example, if you have a 28.5" balance you will purchase the S795-28 (28 inches).

3. Because the shoe on your S850 is 1", you will need to purchase our 15-194 shoe.

4. Lastly, to determine the stamp option at checkout you will need to weigh your sash then reference the below chart.

Stamp Option Sash Weight Range:

A- 8 to 14 lb

B- 14 to 20 lb

C- 20 to 25 lb

D- 25 to 30 lb

E-  30 to 34 lb

F- 34 to 37 lb

G- 37 to 40 lb
