SH-4000 Replacement Balance

Thanks for your post! This window balance is similar to a few we have. To narrow down the correct match, I'll need to see a photo of the metal piece connecting the spring and the cord (string) inside the balance. These photos only display the top of the spring and the bottom of the string (in the pulley system.

Please also confirm the stamp/marking from the metal channel. If there isn't one, I'll need to know the exact weight of the window sash.

Thanks for confirming, this is all the information I'll need. You have the S395-36 channel balances. Be sure to double check that the channel length is 36", excluding the top and bottom attachments. 

You'll need to select the 3530 stamp option, which supports sashes weighing 18 to 23lbs.
