"SNE-IGCC CBA WI" Markings

I have wood, double-hung windows, in my home that are falling down. I've taken them apart and have been able to fix all but one. There are springs that hold the windows up, that are connected to this piece. This one, is broken. There are no other markings on the windows to indicate the manufacturer.

I built a home in 2004. My grandson broke a lower window sash last winter hitting the house with a snowmobile. Sticker on the sash says: SNE Enterprises, Inc. (TPC-1), A-L-I Validator, series 910 vinyl DH.
Printed inside window panes: Y31604X69C4M
I would love to find a new sash...

I'm sorry to say that we don't sell replacement window sashes. If all that broke was the glass, then a local glass shop should be able to swap out the panes for you. Otherwise you will need to contact the original manufacturer of the window directly.
