Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-177 along with the S152-9 coil spring. For a new cover, review the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 bushing cap and 15-145 support barrel. Compare the dimensions to confirm a good fit!

A S152-9 coil can support 9 pounds of weight. Together with the other side of the window, the window sash should weigh 18 pounds, please compare.
