SWISCO Series 24" Channel Balance

I agree that your channel balance resembles the S770-24, which uses a screw to install the top of the balance and the pulley terminal clip attached to the pivot shoe. With that being said, you'll need to weigh your sash to choose the correct strength options since your stamp doesn't match any of our options. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight. 

As for the tilt latch, we would need you to write out the exact distance between the center of the installation holes to narrow down your options. We'll also need to see an intact pivot shoe removed from the window, along with the exact width and thickness written out. See the videos related on this page to help you through the process. I agree that the 24B options for the S770-24 balances would be the way to go since they will be calibrated to support a sash between 11-17 lbs.

As for the pivot shoe, take a look at the 15-015 shown below.

As we mentioned in our last response, we'll need you to write out the exact distance between the hole centers in your tilt latches to narrow down your options. If you need sash locks, we'll need to see photos to see that part also, along with written-out dimensions.

We do not have a tilt latch with a 2-9/16" spacing. The closest we have to your original style is the 26-193 and 26-194, but these have a 2-5/8" spacing form center to center. Please double check the dimensions below to see what you think!

Your sweep lock resembles the 90-313 Deep-Set Sash Lock but I can't confirm if the sweep hook on the lock will work since yours is a different style. Review the dimensions and design shown below to determine if this might be a good fit.
