Balance attachment

Hello, I just bought / received a S765-33 option 32-3 from you. I guess I ordered the wrong part. Looking closer at options it looks like i may need a different model.See pics attached as this is the connector on my old one and the S765 didnt have this.

Hi Tom,

Your photos resemble the 15-195B open cam t-lock shoe that is used with the S795-33 channel balance. Take a look and compare the specifications to your assembly. Please note that these balances come with the closed cam 15-195 shoe, so you would need to purchase the 15-195B shoes separately and follow the video below to swap them out. Thanks for posting!

Thank you Tracy for the quick reply. Can I return the S765-33 I received yesterday ?
I'll order a new S795-33 and the 15-195B shoes.

Once you have swapped out the old t-lock shoe and reattached it to the channel balance, how do you get the whole thing back into the window?

Take a look at timestamp 3:15 in the video below, which shows how you would install the t-lock shoe sideways and twist it into the window channel. Thanks for posting.
