We are unable to locate any name/number ect on the window or balance. Its a pretty unique balance so hoping you can ID it for us. We have two window sizes 58 x 34 1/2 and 47 x 21 1/2. We need 4 for the smaller ones and 16 for the larger ones.

From your photos, the nylon coil spring housing looks like our 15-205, which uses Series 165 3/8" wide coil springs and a 15-191 pivot shoe. Please compare your dimensions, and look at our media guide (on the right side of the page) on coil balances.
