The company that made your balance went out of business. You will want our Series 795 tilt balance. The information we need is the metal channel length, the imprint stamped on the channel (for the spring option), how it attaches at the top of the window, and the width of the bottom T-lock shoe. Come back to us with all of that info, and we will help you out.
A contractor from Minnesota says:
The channel lengths are 33, 25 and 27. The width of the show is about an inch.

Thank you for the follow up! We still need to know what the stamp is for each balance. You showed us the stamp for the 33" long balance, but not the 25" or the 27". I also need to see how these attach to the window at the top.
A contractor from Minnesota says:
The balances that are 25 and 27" long are both "B" rating. 19-043 is the screwed in clip for the top.

Perfect! Since yours has the 19-043 screw tab, your balances will not need to be custom made.

I recommend our S795-25 with a 25B stamp, our S795-27 with a 27B stamp, and our S795-33 with a 33C stamp. Now, these each come with a 1-1/4" wide shoe by default. If your shoe is only 1" wide, I recommend purchasing our 15-194 shoe for each balance, as well. Once you get your parts, you can pop the default shoe off the balances and pop the smaller 15-194 on.
