I have a customer looking for several replacement parts for some old windows. I'm not sure if it's considered a sash cam or a top sash guide. I can't find an exact match through several online searches.

Hello there. This is a Top Sash Guide. I am not sure if we have an exact match for yours, but the 18-073 looks very close. It just has a groove in the 'head' that your old one lacks, but if the dimensions otherwise match, I think this could work for you. Take a look and see what you think.
