Sash Control Inc. Handle

Question

Please for the love of god. I've been trying to replace the patio door handles for a month and everything I buy is wrong. The old handle was a sash control inc handle. I need a new door handle that locks and new mechanism. What do you recommend?

Thanks for reaching out to us. I believe your original sash control handle set is no longer available. Looking at your photos, it appears that the internal locking hook on your handle is longer than the one in the 82-003 handle set. What I have done with some doors was reuse the existing locking hook to fit the door. If that won't work on your door you might need to install the surface mounted handle 82-005. However, this is just an educated guess. I would need to see a photo of the original inside handle and lock to confirm. Review the specifications for these parts and see what you think.
