Sash Shoe and Balance Replacement

Question

I am looking for replacment parts for my window. I believe it is an Anderson window, but I can't find the label info. I need to replace both shoes and balances. The balances are 24" long. I ordered parts from Swisco 6 or 8 years ago for a matching window.

Thanks for reaching out! The balance you have here is the S770-24. If the existing assemblies screw in at the top of the window track, then these will install as is. Please let me know if they use a hook/clip.

To determine the stamp option for the replacements, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the balances. If yours does not have one, or it isn't a match, you'll need to confirm the exact weight of the sash. There is a chart below the product description listing the ranges each stamp will support.

The shoe reminds me of the either the 15-178 or the 15-188. To determine which of these is the correct match, carefully look over each of their specifications on the website.
